Application:
The TJ series coalescing and separating oil purifier uses advanced coalescing and separating materials as the filtering medium, which integrates emulsification and precision filtration. Combined with a special oil-water separation device, it can effectively separate the water in the oil, the dehydration efficiency is extremely high. It can perform on-line demulsification, dehydration, and impurity-removal of turbine oil for the operating steam turbine unit, and can also dehydrate and remove impurities of light oil with high water content. This machine does not need to heat and evacuate during operation, it is low energy consumption and low operating cost. The trolley structure is adopted, which is light and flexible and easy to use.

Working Principle:
The coalescing separator is mainly designed for liquid-liquid separation, and it contains two types of filter elements, namely, a coalescing filter element and a separating filter element.The oil flows into the coalescing separator, it first flows through the coalescing filter element. The coalescing filter element removes solid impurities and coalesces extremely small water droplets into larger water droplets. Most of the coalesced water droplets can be separated and removed from the oil by their own gravity and settled in the water collecting tank. The oil then flows through the separation filter element. Because the separation filter element has good lipophilic and hydrophobic properties, the water is further separated, and finally, clean, anhydrous oil flows out of the coalescing separator.
